Overall a useful and secure tool that comes with minuscule issues

Okta is used by our entire company, we use it to connect to several programs and products that we use here. I find that it can be a super helpful tool but it's not as seamless as I hoped it would be. The text features get tedious when you're trying to re-authenticate and the verify app itself was working perfectly for a while, then I started having issues when I changed devices. I think it is a secure program and useful overall, just some minor hiccups that aren't major issues until you wanna get through the process quickly.

This isn't something I can speak to well.

I haven't had to reach out to Okta's team personally and thankfully nothing has been too much of an issue for me to have to reach out. The integration to our business was fairly simple.

I feel like it's good. I have my own minor issues but overall, it seems like the team and company benefit from it.
