Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Okta was used by Many of our Customers. Most of our customers are looking for Ease of use and a single place for their base to go and sign into their software securely. Using OKTA has not only been a big Benefit for them but has also helped Ease the onboarding of new employees

Independent Platform

Any time we can centralize any APP or Account we try to do so.
Okta has made this something trivial for us in a few ways. I can't say enough positive things about many of the things okta has to offer.

Customer First Team

This could be one of the areas for improvement. The few times we needed to reach out to OKTA for support Wait times were very long and required a lot of our time. However, since the platform Just works its few and far that you would need to call in the first place

I never used Duo. So i can not really say how it stacks up in the real world

I have been happy with OKTA 1. Easy to onboard New Employees 2. Easy to Terminate Users (close) many accounts at once. 3. Set up groups of Apps Based on Job Roles 4. Secure Access to software with Easy to Use MFA. 5. you don't have to supply users with their passwords to APPS
