Okta was used by Many of our Customers. Most of our customers are looking for Ease of use and a single place for their base to go and sign into their software securely. Using OKTA has not only been a big Benefit for them but has also helped Ease the onboarding of new employees

Okta has made this something trivial for us in a few ways. I can't say enough positive things about many of the things okta has to offer.

This could be one of the areas for improvement. The few times we needed to reach out to OKTA for support Wait times were very long and required a lot of our time. However, since the platform Just works its few and far that you would need to call in the first place
okta has been rock solid and seems to be up and just work
