Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot

Easy to use. Can add infinite filters with no drop in performance
We use it for ad hoc analysis and for future Voice Recognition.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Automatically indexes all columns.
  • Fast engine for data.
  • Spot IQ

Cons

  • Can be picky on initial set up
  • Spot IQ can produce more results than can easily be looked at
  • It’s a very competitive price for the capabilities on the platform.
For Ad hoc analysis for people that know the data, it’s very strong. Not so much for end users with no programming skills.
