Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot

We use ThougthSpot at the Enterprise level.
  • Spot IQ
  • Adhoc search
  • Multiple graphs
  • Frequent data refresh
  • Space restricted admin access
  • User-based licensing
  • User adoption.
  • Room to improve the features.
  • Clear approach to the customers.
It is fairly quick to adopt the tool once you bypass the first time set up and all.
With my limited usage of ThoughtSpot, it was good.
When the tool is being explained, it's constantly compared against other tools out in the market, like Tableau, etc. ThoughtSpot needs to make its own space in the market to create unique visibility.
It becomes easy to go by the suggestions that are provided by spot IQ, which sometimes will help you in addressing the question at hand much faster than expected.
When the requirement is for a quick analysis, ThoughtSpot is the tool to go to. However, in Falcon Mode, you have to ensure the data is refreshed on a regular basis.
