Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
ThoughtSpot is our data warehouse linked to our application for daily use by end-users as well as internally by al areas of the company. It is used for a variety of reporting (sales, inventory, billing) as well as for developing projections. The data warehouse we have developed is quite extensive.

Most new users are able to navigate the product comfortably within a week. By using a train the trainer philosophy, we are able to focus our efforts on key members within an organization to get them up to speed quickly with the necessary knowledge for them to take what they have learned and use that to bring others on board,
Accuracy and timeliness are key requirements and selling points for our data warehouse deployment. The product is very stable data-wise, allowing us to continually update the data warehouse to within 15 -> 30 minutes of our transactional information. This gives users confidence in their ability to use this information quickly to their competitive advantage.
This is an area where I cannot provide any detailed information (positive or negative) as I do not have any direct involvement with ThoughtSpot's integration with SpotIQ.
