Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot

Piloted in the claims department to easily aggregate large amounts of data to identify any trends over time.

Cons

  • Better chart recommendations
  • Visualizations are often not effective
It has potential for the right userbase.
ThoughtSpot is more powerful of a tool than something like QlikView or QlikSense with the correct training.
