Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Data Virtualization

I am using this app to generate reports on customer orders with different kinds of statuses to understand what are the pending orders and I can analyse the same. As Croma is in the retail industry of the electronic market, we are receiving E-commerce orders from many websites like Croma.com, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart. TIBCO gives us all the data required for a better understanding of segregation and customer behaviour. We are using these data for further presentation to management to show where we are and what are the scops of improvement.

In the retail industry, you want to penetrate more and more market areas and increase your company's market share compared to other competitors. For more penetration, one needs to increase CSL( Customer service Level). For this company need to analyse what they are currently doing and what are the areas where they can improve. TIBCO data virtualization gives proper data to understand your strength in the industry and gives you a better understanding of areas of improvement.
Before using this software, our company's order pendency was very high due to unidentified orders, after using this we have improved so much which gives us the benefit of CSL compared to other competitors and survive in this industry for a longer period with expansion of other areas of the country too.
As per the example of a 1-day delivery program for customers' online orders, you need to ensure that orders should be processed within the time limit so that they can be handed over to the courier partner on time. If there is any delay in process or handover product can't be delivered on time which led to poor customer experience. For this, you need data of pending orders for every hour so that they can be processed on time and we can manage work accordingly. TIBCO is useful in this case and improved our customer experience.
Data integration is for giving a macro picture to management for an understanding of the current scenario of business on a larger scale. If you want to give that good image you need to work on micro areas which led to stronger data to display the growth. That is the reason we believed in the process rather than focusing only on end results and selected data visualization.

TIBCO data virtualization is useful for industries where they are getting E-commerce orders or online orders from customers. They can serve orders on time to increase better customer service. Pendency will be reduced with this app and one can achieve 100% SLA adherence if taking data for proper analysis. Best app.
