On a few occasions I have asked TIBCO technical support for help because I have adapted perfectly to their tools, but in those few that I have communicated with their technical team I have received personalized, attentive, responsible attention and I am always assisted by an expert staff the topic. A TIBCO technical support technician spent more than an hour helping me to solve a problem in the initial stage of implementation in my department and this is something that I always appreciate.

Before using this software, our company's order pendency was very high due to unidentified orders, after using this we have improved so much which gives us the benefit of CSL compared to other competitors and survive in this industry for a longer period with expansion of other areas of the country too.

They are responsive and solve our issues quickly. We do not have any issues with the support and we will continue to engage them. So far, we are pretty satisfied. They know their product well and they are able to advise us on ways to improve our daily operations also.

The support guys really want to help. Alas, they seldom do it quickly - We experienced many occasions when the support people could not understand our (well-described, with sufficient number of screenshots and log files attached) problem cases.

The software itself takes some effort during the initial days in terms of setting it up and successfully working with it. The overall transition and handholding we got from Tibco implementation team were great. Subsequently whenever we reached the support team for any help with the product was handled with ease and within stipulated SLAs. This ensured there was no gap in our deliverables to our customers.

Response time in this software needs to be improved because as a user I expect prompt and instant response which satisfies me as a user. With that being said, I felt that the customer service is a lacking factor which needs to be improved.

The overall support for TIBCO Data Virtualization is good. This tool is not easy to use as a novice in data virtualization. But the support is excellent and their services are really appreciable. The support team member are very well knowledgeable about the product when we took their help on one of our projects. But there is still room to improve the poor documentation for how to use the tool effectively in the organization.

The customer service is good for this product. They are able to help where you get stuck, but as in many companies, there is a delay in support. There is a lot of documentation available. The implementation process was smooth as well as the handoff to support was good as well.

We have not needed support for [TIBCO Data Virtualization] very often, so this is based on a very small sample size. We were having trouble authenticating against an API in [TIBCO Data Virtualization]. It turns out that the authentication functionality we needed to use was not in the version of [TIBCO Data Virtualization] we were using. Support was friendly and responded very quickly, and we were able to develop a workaround. The next version of [TIBCO Data Virtualization] had the functionality we needed, and it was a simple upgrade to get that functionality.

There was very little installation support other than their online guides. Installation videos would have been more productive. But once installed it had good support.

They have very good customer support; their response is quick. Whenever I raise a support ticket they are quick enough to respond to our ticket and resolve the issue.
