Overall Satisfaction with iSolved Time (formerly TimeForce)

TF is used district wide by all employees. Some employees use a timeclock and some log in via computer. Previous to TF, employees completed paper timecards. We used a phased in roll out approach.

Pros

  • Easy for Employees to use
  • Streamlines payroll process; time centrally located

Cons

  • User security cumbersome. Employees assigned to supervisor by department or individually. Would be nice to use title structure
  • Not a lot of handsout support from TF after initial roll out
  • Lots of bugs for comp time
  • After each new version, some bugs are fixed, but creates new issues
  • Streamlined payroll process
  • More accurate capture of time worked
  • Have lost trust off employees when vacation, comp and sick are not tracked correctly.
Accommodates employees working multiple jobs and pay rates

Using iSolved Time (formerly TimeForce)

Still fairly new to product, will continue to work out kinks
