Overall Satisfaction with iSolved Time (formerly TimeForce)
TF is used district wide by all employees. Some employees use a timeclock and some log in via computer. Previous to TF, employees completed paper timecards. We used a phased in roll out approach.
- Easy for Employees to use
- Streamlines payroll process; time centrally located
- User security cumbersome. Employees assigned to supervisor by department or individually. Would be nice to use title structure
- Not a lot of handsout support from TF after initial roll out
- Lots of bugs for comp time
- After each new version, some bugs are fixed, but creates new issues
- Streamlined payroll process
- More accurate capture of time worked
- Have lost trust off employees when vacation, comp and sick are not tracked correctly.
