Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

It's used by finance to manage payable invoices. It allows us to provide credit note amounts which, once approved, become invoices and therefore payable. It provides us with invoices once the supplier approves, so in a way it function as an archiving. Payees input the bank information directly, therefore there is no need to include this in ERP systems.
  • Ease of use, very lean interface
  • Amazing and fast assistance
  • Manuals of use could be made in form of video with examples. This would make it very easy to navigate extra functions.
  • Tipalti allows us to issue invoices and payments in a matter of minutes, certainly, it's a time saver
  • Also allowing to manage bank information input directly from the payee (with automatic validity checks), without going through the customer profiles in ERP. This avoids errors and bouncing payments.
  • Being notified of changes in the accounts, and any allowing the payee to reach out directly from their login makes communication very smooth, and I think this gives a good impression to the payee.
Very fast support, and always solved the issues in maximum of 2 days. Tipalti support redirects in no time to the correct internal expert and can provide support about any feature on the dashboard. I have to reach out very often during a month, e.g. for payees choosing wrong currency settings (therefore being excluded from the payment run), or setting minimum payment thresholds, and I've always received the most efficient support.
it's overall very user friendly and intuitive, but I think with more clear manuals more functions could be accessible.

Tipalti is very well suited for businesses where the contact with suppliers has to be done monthly or more often and the numbers have to be always verified. I think it can be adapted for and used in all businesses. It's a fast payment system with a very intuitive and lean interface.
