Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti as our payment solution across the whole organization. We switched over to this solution because of the real-time syncing feature it allows between our ERP, which saves the accounting department time during month-end close.
  • Real-time syncing with our ERP
  • Support response time is fairly quick
  • Easy to use with Excel
  • Great customer service
  • The ability to have more preferred payment methods per payee
  • The ability to have more than one contact per payee
  • Improving the way to search for payees and payee information
  • Some issues are recurring, like sync errors, from time to time on their end.
  • We can upload payment files quite easily.
  • The approval limits allow for efficiency and valuable time saved.
  • Scheduling payments has become very easy.
We migrated from Bill.com, and I've only heard good things since.
Great customer service! They do their absolute best when trying to resolve issues that arise. Though there are times where some issues do take more time to resolve than others and we'll have to come up with a workaround on our own. Overall, they are very quick in response times usually within the same day or a couple days at most.

We use Tipalti as part of our AP process.

Yes

Tipalti does really well when you want the ability for transactions to sync to your ERP in real-time. There really is no scenario where I wouldn't recommend this solution outside of being able to help its users resolve issues. This is overall a great payment solution.
