Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
Tipalti is being used across our organization to account for the full accounts payable cycle from invoice to payment. We are a distributed multinational organization and it was important for us that we empower our regional accounts payable functions to approve invoices for payment. Tipalti gives us a sense of security; internal controls are at the core of the system that we implemented.
- Tipalti has a decent alert system that reminds me when I have an outstanding action item that requires my attention.
- Tipalti has strong internal controls that our independent auditors appreciate.
- Tipalti is easy to use and the support is top notch.
- We are able to interface directly from Tipalti to Netsuite.
- Once an invoice has been paid, there is very little recourse to reverse payment.
- It would be nice to be able to fund directly from our bank account as opposed to having to fund the Tipalti account.
- The occasional bottleneck in processing time.
