Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We are currently in the implementation phase with Tipalti. Our Account Executive and Implementation Manager have been a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive and accommodating to internal timelines and usage requirements. We are currently utilizing a very manual, paper-intensive AP process and are looking forward to automating our payables with Tipalti and gaining back some much needed time & resources to focus on other parts of our business!

Based off the sandbox environment I've seen, this looks to be a very customizable and usable product. However there is some work/workarounds required to get this to fit our specific AP model (namely when it comes to terms discounts and product backorders)

From our current understanding of how Tipalti will operate once we're out of the sandbox environment, this is a great way to automate the AP process and a huge improvement on a paper-intensive system. Additionally, this is a good fit for small/medium sized businesses who aren't able to fully utilize an EDI system, since Tipalti is PDF based and able to pull invoices directly out of an AP email box. Looking forward to getting back all of the time we currently spend on hand-marking, collating, manually approving, and filing invoices, not to mention the paper check cutting process!
