Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti to receive, process, approve and pay all of our vendors.
Before Tipalti we had to process all payments one by one, using different payment methods. It was time consuming and the reconciliation process was a bit complicated. Also Tipalti helped a lot with the approval flow eliminating all the back and forth emails.

Pros

  • Payment in bulk to different countries
  • Fast implementation
  • Customer Service is amazing
  • The system is very simple to use

Cons

  • Syncing Vendors from QBO to Tipalti. I see that it works only the other way around
  • Time saved in Global payments
  • Time saved in data entry
  • Fast Audit and approval of bills
  • Implementing a procedure to all Vendors
Tipalti is a very simple and straightforward solution to use.
The fact that the approvers don't need to log in to approve the bill is a great point.
Processing payments to different countries, in different currencies all at once is the beauty of the system.
Saving time on AP tasks, Saving money with bank fees, implementing an approval flow for the bills, minimizing duplicated payments and saving time on reconciliations.

I used a different AP solution before for many years and really thought it was the best one after giving Tipalti a shot I totally changed my mind.
Tipalti is very simple to use, not complex at all and it help us reduce the time spent with emails and data entry.
I already recommended Tipalti to a colleague.
