Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti for Partner payables for our international partners located in the Caribbean and other territories not supported by our main card processor.

Pros

  • Swift reliable accurate support Service
  • Exceptional account relationships
  • Very UI Friendly, easy to navigate

Cons

  • More versatile payout schedules
  • Their Fraud protection tools for account updates is a godsend (Tipalti Payee Review)
  • Tax Form collection is excellent for retaining needed details
I only wish Tipalti could do Pay INs as well as Pay OUTs.
Tipalti offers more payment method capabilities that fit our partners needs (Paypal, Hold my Payments)

I'm just blown away by customer support. We've had issues pop up on occasion just like with any tech/payout tool, but the speed for resolution and their detailed and kind explanations make me forget any of my woes. A completely different experience than our other payout partnerships.
