Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

Tipalti has helped to simplify and automate our vendor onboarding, invoice capturing, and bill approving processes. It’s helped centralize all of this information and compiled it all into a clear and concise platform. The tool is great also because it allows for our various users to submit purchase order requests for approval, which in turn get 3-way matched to the invoicing. This has been a game changer for automating our accounts paybles and bringing more transparency to the process.

We have automated our accounts payable process and we do make payments globally. This would not be possible without the Tipalti platform. We have been able to automate the bill approval process which has cut down on our payment time allowing us to pay vendors quickly and efficiently. If we ever have questions, we are able to quickly reconcile and find the right answer.
We selected Tipalti because it was a clear and simple option without the complexity or high price tag of other ERP or accounting systems. It was a fit for purpose solution that handled the exact accounts payable needs that we had. It was easy to implement and start using right away.

Tipalti is best suited for large volume accounts payable needs. If an organization has a large quantity of payees that it needs to onboard and process, then this is the tool to go with. The streamlined process is extremely simple which makes the process painless. If an organization has few payable needs, then this platform may not be necessary.
