Overall Satisfaction with Totango

I am using Totango to see information under the customer's account such as their MRR, account type, account stage and more which can be a key factor on their current health rank.
I am also using this app to do a touchpoint on their account to make sure that there is an interaction between my role and the customer itself.
It helps me see their usage, tickets that they have filed with the Support team and more.
  • It works well with giving me an overview on the customer's health status.
  • With the searches of some account as there are cases that they are not loading or showing.

Yes

It is definitely user friendly and one can easily get familiar on this.
It is well suited when it comes doing a follow through with the customer and there has been no activity on their account after post sales.
