Overall Satisfaction with Totango
We use Totango to run reports, segments, manage all customers via tasks and success plays, and to get a full view of all our data. It helps us ensure we are being proactive with our customers and engaging with them. We also use it for our tech touch segment to onboard and keep them engaged.

- Managing customers from our tech touch segment. The amount of time we use onboarding via campaigns is great.
- Easy task management for our CSM team.

- Anything we can automate to reduce workload and manage tech touch will be a positive.
The best thing about gain sight was the ability to customize views, create widgets, and have weighted health. Weighted health is a huge factor and we really need this for our business use case. We have not explored the revenue center within Totango but that is one of our goals and we do like the way gainsights revenue center is set up.
