Overall Satisfaction with TravelBank

Across the organization, it helps save money on travel expenses.
  • It makes finding hotels easier.
  • Makes finding an appropriate price for a flight + Hotel seamless.
  • It helps me save money with rewards like the Airbnb credits.
  • It was hard to find a good hotel in my budget.
  • I wish I could get the incentives back in cash.
  • I have trouble using the user interface and wish I could store my common searches easier bcecauseI usually only travel to one place.
  • They need to have a better search tool. Like, if a hotel is unavailable it still needs to come up in the search bar -- not necessarily on the map or home screen, but it would help to see all options if I search because for some reason a ton of hotels that I know have open rooms do not show up.
  • I would not have a lens into this. We are a huge company and I do not get access to financial statements. I am sure it saves us money if we are still using it though.
It stacks up right next to concur. They're both great products; they are complementary, not competitors. We used to use Rocketrip, which was complete garbage. I like that I get rewards on Uber. I like that I get rewards on Amazon. I wish I could get hotel rewards, not just AirBNB rewards.
I have had 2 instances where the hotel double charged me and it took months to get back. I was never given a reason why and no one followed up with me -- I just got the money in my account one day and would have never known had I not been looking at my account that day,

Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud), Concur Expense
It is a great product and will help you save money when you travel for work. It also takes the guessing game out of making a budget. But sometimes I feel like the way it's charging me extra, then expensing it, and getting the rewards are putting DoorDash at a loss. which is not part of our culture.
