Overall Satisfaction with TravelBank

My organization does not use it, but I use it for travel and have recommended it to people several times. I wish my company used it.
  • Savings on flights.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Great customer service.
  • I once booked a trip by accident because the payment process was a bit tricky.
I like TravelBank much more, for the reasons I laid out previously.
TravelBank makes searching for flights easy. They also have great benefits when you book through them. My company uses a system that does not provide us with miles or any other perks, and we book on a company card. As a result, there are really no benefits that I can earn as a traveler.
