Overall Satisfaction with Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Suite

Automatically updates itself and sends to each desktop. I don't need to manage it much. The control panel also tells me which machines should be looked at manually.

Pros

  • Pushes updates to clients
  • Sends alerts to email
  • Easy install on new machines

Cons

  • Scans typically take a long time
  • Background scans take up a lot of CPU
  • Just keeps the computers safe without having to do much.
It kind of runs itself without me doing anything.
Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Suite seems to perform better. Easier to install and manage.

I like how easy it is to deploy on new machines. Also I can drag suspect files right into the program to scan them quickly.
