Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to monitor our clients' press coverage in South-East Asia. It has proved a very user-friendly tool, with good ergonomics that also allows us to extract information in a convenient and elegant way. It facilitates sharing this information with our clients. We're very happy with the tool and learn more about it everyday. It's being used by our account servicing and project management departments in SEA only for the moment.

*This review was written near the time Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.


  • Centralise PR data in an efficient, consistent and user-friendly way
  • Export this data in an easy, visually appealing, and professional manner into reports that can very quickly be integrated into agency decks
  • Inform our clients in real time of their press coverage in an EDM form with the relevant metrics


  • Increase coverage of regional social platforms such as Line, WeChat, Weibo, etc.
  • Easier to collect and treat data in foreign language
  • Potentially - but not a priority - a more user-friendly way to write the code required to set-up a search
Well suited for projects with high coverage either in terms of titles covering or size of the company/subject being covered. Very useful when and where you need to collect a vast amount of data quickly and efficiently. Less appropriate, yet still satisfying, for more tailor-made/niche projects where the specificities of titles or platform targeted will not work as best as it could.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

They provide very efficient support. Our dedicated account manager is really helpful. Cision (TrendKite)* dedicated support has several offices around the world, allowing for around the clock queries which is very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the support we're receiving. It's on point, efficient, customer-centric and always helpful. They provide efficient and precise training and their online university is also very helpful for self-training.
