Overall Satisfaction with TripActions

TripActions is being used within my organization as a streamlining tool for booking travel. Whether it's a flight or a hotel, TripActions is essentially the only way we currently book any trips. I would imagine it puts everyone on 'level playing field' in terms of pricing (versus some folks using discounted flight websites versus some going directly with their own preferred airline). Within TripActions, my company is able to choose preferred hotels but also allows the users to upload any of their rewards accounts to match your searches with the best option for you (hotel rewards points, airline miles, etc.).
  • Searches multiple airlines and hotels at once.
  • Connects rewards points/airline miles to your individual account.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Colleagues and I have noticed that if we're based in different locations, hotel prices (for the same hotel, in the same city) are listed at different price-points.
  • When booking a business trip for more than one person (myself and my spouse, for example, for a company-paid trip where the company includes our +1's), the itineraries are booked separately without notice.
  • I was not involved in the purchase process of this software.
I've only had to contact TripActions customer support once, and the representative I spoke with was wonderful. She was professional, polite and was absolutely able to help with my issue at the time. The support team is quite wonderful.

Do you think Navan delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Navan's feature set?

Yes

Did Navan live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Navan go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Navan again?

Yes

For any company, this is a great way to streamline travel, ability to view who is traveling and when, as well as having all company travel booked on a company corporate card (without having to issue company-cards to each employee).
