Overall Satisfaction with TripActions

All of our company travel is booked using TripActions, whether we need to book a last-second flight or hotel room, we resort to TripActions.
  • Flight updates - App changes in real-time.
  • Great rates on flights and hotel rooms.
  • I have not come across any feature gaps during my 2 years of use.
  • Great ROI.
  • Automatically applies trips to your loyalty clubs.
I personally believe that TripActions is ahead of the game here. They're always pushing out additional features and their functionality never seems to fail.
I booked a flight and then signed up for that airline's rewards club. I went onto the TripActions online chat and gave them my new airline rewards club number and they were able to add my pre-existing flight to that rewards number in a matter of minutes.

I was with roughly 15 co-workers coming back from a conference in SF and our flight kept getting delays and then all of a sudden the flight changed gates. The TripAction app sent us a push notification with the new departure time/gate before the airport screen even updated.
