Overall Satisfaction with TripIt
Our entire organization is given a TripIt Pro account that works in conjunction with our travel software, Concur. We use it from the minute we know we need to book any type of travel or lodging through submitting expense reports.
- On point with itinerary sync.
- Super easy to use.
- Collects receipts
- Nothing I can think of that TripIt should improve on.
- Standardized.
- Works with Concur.
- Makes travel and expense reporting a breeze

Using TripIt
3000 - We use Concur & Tripit company wide- we have over 5000 employees building & managing infrastructure across this great nation- the end users are in every department- from accounting to project controls, project management, field supervisors & executive teams.
4 - We have a corporate IT staff that is dedicated to supporting certain specific programs; we have i believe 4 different individuals that are available to handle any issues that come up regarding Tripit or Concur

I had a couple of questions once I launched Concur- mostly surrounding the expectations of what my reports were to include, frequency of submitting & approvals..stuff like that; the software is easy to follow and use
Configuring TripIt
take the little bit of extra time in the front end to set up your rewards programs, credit cards used etc to take advantage of the syncing across platforms & devices
cost codes are what i notice immediately- but there may have been other customizations requested of performed that i am unaware of.

No, not involved with the purchase of this software
I havent ever had to reach out for support- the apps, software & plugins work beautifully, sync each time I use them. I have only ever had to contact our travel agent regarding travel support (cancelled flights, flight credits, etc)

we havent integrated the above mentioned products with Tripit or Concur- but i have seen them in action elsewhere; if we used either slack or salesforce, this would be just another reason to get / retain Tripit
none to my knowledge are in the pipeline for integration

take the time to sync up all of your devices and cards used/wallet with both the concur & tripit apps. youll be glad you did
