Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We needed an additional plugin to help support both email tracking and contact management and lead generation for Salesforce. We considered HubSpot and internal Salesforce CRM solutions, but ultimately ended up utilizing Groove based on recommendations from others in our space and TrustRadius reviews. Having insights from others who had utilized the product as well as competitor products was extremely valuable.
We needed a solution to help our sales team better track emails and lead outreach without having to manually enter data. Groove allowed us to manage this process seamlessly in the background as a simple plugin and we were able to find out about features and pros and cons of the software by researching it on TrustRadius and "trying before we bought" via other users reviews.
- It is simple to find reviews for a wide variety of products
- The product reviews are organized in an easy to find way
- Product reviews are trustworthy and written by real verified users and buyers
- It would be great to have more reviews of some products, which only have a handful of reviews
- Expanding to include reviews of products in additional software categories would be helpful
- It would be helpful to see a snapshot of reviews without having to click into full reviews of every product

TrustRadius was simple to navigate and included more information that competitor sites. We have also utilized G2 products as well as Capterra and TrustRadius included additional information that some of these other websites did not. It also seems to have a stronger vetted customer list on it than some other competitor sites, so seems to be more trustworthy.

We definitely utilize product reviews and user ratings, but rarely watch videos or other services beyond user reviews, which offer the most valuable "boots on the ground" perspective.
