- Asana
I have worked with and tested many project management platforms, including Clickup, Ora, Monday, and others, but I keep coming back to Asana. In a software category where tools can easily feel overwhelming and bloated, Asana has crafted an experience that is easy to navigate and simple to implement. In addition, they provide a wide range of educational resources to help you gain a deeper understanding of the product.
I was the sole decision-maker, but I do work with a team that, at certain points, needs to interact with various views within Asana. Asana is important to my business because it allows me to create flexible workspaces that adapt to the view needed to manage the project. I love that I can easily switch between a Kanban view to see current projects in a pipeline to a timeline view that gives me a more holistic view of the complete sales cycle.
- I like that the vetting process for reviewers is more rigorous than other platforms
- The presentation of their reviews is well designed and easy to scan
- Video reviews are offered
- On individual product review pages making the sections more obvious - the header size is almost the same size as the body copy, so everything blends together. Add additional colors to highlight sections as well.
- Improve the video review process. The automated process was hard to work with.

I like the presentation of reviews on TrustRadius better than its competitors. However, it is often missing software from its database (that I can find on other sites), or the amount of reviews is less than the competitors, thus leaving me with less data to work with when considering a software purchase.
It's nice to use what tools are leaders in their category, but I'm more interested in the user's experience.
