Great source for information

I've used TrustRadius for Buyers to look up not just reviews of particular software but also for alternatives to software. They encourage in depth reviews which means that I will get to hear some of the nuances or many times, the edge cases that a particular product may or may not perform well in. Sometimes that helps with the buying decision, but often times it has helped me during implementation to know what to expect.

Reivews, specifically reviews about the particular use case. Videos and screenshots of specific, unique features. I'll also look at documentation and how to use it, as that can give a good idea of workflow.
