There is a lot of competition in the review space
Not everyone giving a review has the same needs as we do.
TrustRadius for Buyers is excellent, but sometimes I don't have time to engage with it as deeply as I would like

Purchases that we make are rarely returned because we do our research. TrustRadius for Buyers is a part of that.
Our purchase decisions tend to fit customer needs because of the research we do ahead of time.
Mistakes are expensive and we have saved thousands of dollars by getting things right the first time around.

It's great to see how other people view the different options we are considering. Sometimes, we find new ideas and surprising vendors listed on reports/rankings that we didn't initially consider. It's helpful to have a comprehensive view of the landscape prior to a purchase.
