We currently subscribe to an array of TrustRadius vendor offerings as part of our Marketing strategy. These are closely socialized with the Sales team and used by both departments as well as to deliver feedback to the Product team.
  • Our account manager - Grishma has been nothing but amazing to work with. She is very professional, has a deep knowledge of TrustRadius offerings and has helped us navigate the available options to figure out what works best for our company.
  • How easy to use and thought-through everything is. The TrustRadius team is clearly very analytics- and process-based and they have made it very easy to work with them as a client. A simple example is how easy it is to respond to reviews, you just log in with LinkedIn and write a public-facing comment, there is no need to reach out to the vendor and request that they publish your response like with some other sites.
  • Overall the TrustRadius team has been very organized and has provided us with a wealth of education on best practices in the field of review sourcing, responding etc.
  • The quote tag filtering process could use some help - it currently just does a basic search of the word that matches your tag. So for example if you use "Implementation" as a tag, and later attempt to filter by the "Implementation" tag the search function will retrieve all quotes that mention implementation, even if the quote is not tagged as such. We have come up with a manual workaround by adding dashes to the tags, but it would be easier if tag sorting was a little more robust.
  • It would be great if the profile view could show which reviews have been responded to. Right now you have to click into the actual review and scroll all the way to the bottom to see whether a review has been responded to or not. As a customer I always want to read how a vendor responds, so it would be easier if it were immediately visible whether a response has been posted or not.

Working with the TrustRadius Customer Success team, and in particular our account manager Grishma was one of the best things about our partnership with TrustRadius. I can't say enough great things about Grishma - always incredibly helpful, organized, well versed in the products and technology behind them, pretty much everything you could want!
I believe that TrustRadius vendor offerings are a great fit for any company that wants to grow their review base and get educated on how the review process works. Not all of the additional options will be a good fit for each company (i.e. widget, report, etc.), and I hope TrustRadius will offer those "add-ons" a-la-carte, not necessarily bundled into one program.
