FireMon is actively using this platform to capture real-time customer feedback that allows us to provide context for new customers and influence their buyer's journey, and secondly, it allows us to have the ability to communicate with customers on an independent, objective platform, and help correct any misunderstandings they may have about our product capabilities. Marketing and Customer Success are the primary users of the application.
  • Easy and in-depth back-end platform to manage our reviews.
  • TrustQuotes Library to begin generating valuable quotes to re-purpose in marketing and our sales initiatives.
  • Web widget and SFDC API integration.
  • Ability to manager users within our vendor portal, to allow different levels of administration.

We have been on the platform since January 2017, and our goal is to see how this will influence our MQL and pipeline in the coming months.
We want to have an active presence on any of the B2B customer review sites, to ensure we are actively representing our company and products in a constructive forum.
Our goal is to spend the next 6 months encouraging our current customers to provide us with in-depth reviews, and then repurposing that information as case studies and testimonials.
The customer success team is very professional, and easy to engage with on an as-needed basis.
We would like to be able to utilize the vendor portal as an opportunity to centralize ongoing customer feedback for NPS, CSAT and potentially customer journey insight.
