Our marketing team runs our TrustRadius account. The solution helps us collect and keep track of not just customer quotes, but APPROVED quotes which is very important to marketing programs/content.
- Supportive team.
- Tagging system for TrustQuotes library
- System feels a little archaic on the back end, sometimes the user experience isn't positive and the usability isn't a 10/10.

We haven't been using it long enough to see ROI for TrustQuotes for Web or Salesforce, but for quote collection we have used it to get over 80 quotes. Once I even used a customer quote from a review to send to our leadership to use in an important sales deck.

I have had a positive experience working with the customer success team. They are responsive and the executive sponsor has stayed involved along the way which I appreciate.
