Prospective customers are looking online before they ever engage with us to request information. To ensure we have compelling information on the web we looked to TrustRadius to build a wealth of customer reviews. Primarily our customer advocacy and marketing departments are working together to drive this need forward.
- Easy-to-use platform. It was very simple to build our product profile and did not require hours of direction to complete.
- The ongoing partnership. We are fairly new adopters of the platform, but we have built a strong relationship with our representatives that have been critical to our success.
- Forward thinking. There are many uses cases for the platform that we haven't even thought about yet, but are now considering!
- For companies like ours with multiple solutions, the cost does not seem scalable.
