The need to build better online visibility to help our prospects understand the value of our product and services. We also needed more quotes and testimonials in real time for external marketing purposes and the field to help close deals.
- The UI is easy to use and functional. You can view reviews that are most recent and also get real feedback about the not so good stuff about our product.
- Our account managers are always pushing us be innovative and think outside of the box on how to drive new reviews
- Turnover. We've had 3 different CSMs this year. We're an enterprise organization so this is a huge pain point for us. We don't have the time to bring new CSMs up to speed quickly.
- Increase brand awareness
- Scale customer proof through reviews
- Identify candidates for case studies & advocacy
We're still in the process of building a case for impact but we have started to fold quotes and client data into marketing assets - we hope it makes an impact on our pipeline.
