TrustRadius allows us to not only gather customer reviews on a trusted 3rd party review platform, but helps us source customer quotes for use in our own marketing efforts. TrustRadius also acts as a source for gathering new customers who are interested in participating in our reference program.

TrustRadius has helped source over 15 customer references in 6 months or less. These customers are gold for my program, often going on to participate in peer reference calls, customer stories, etc.
We work with a few other customer review vendors (Gartner, G2Crowd, etc.) but TrustRadius is by far the most proactive and the best to work with.
We are just now getting into the custom questions capabilities, but we are excited about the type of content we will be able to gather to help us tell our story through the voice of our customers.
