This allows us to gauge customer satisfaction in a way that is approachable for our customers -- giving them the flexibility to share what they want to in an anonymized format, if they are more comfortable doing so. We then use these reviews on our landing pages and website to give prospects visibility into what real-life customers are saying about our business. They don't have to just take our word for it, our customers tell the story.,Review widget gives us the ability to embed customer reviews on our website, landing pages and more. This allows us to use our reviews in multiple channels and maximizes our investment in the program. Review capture is easy. TrustRadius makes it simple to gather customer reviews. We provided a list (under NDA) and the outreach was done. They also helped us incentivize customers and share why their review would be so helpful. Customer success is great. Our CSM, Ryan is always giving us proactive tips, connecting us with the right people and helping get everything set up and running well. We really appreciate having someone to go to when we have questions.,It would be nice to give reviewers a reason/incentive for leaving a complete or well-rounded review. Data & reporting - would love to use the data in our reporting, but it's pretty bare bones. The sales process can be a little confusing as the pricing seems variable. At one point, I was asked what I would pay for the service and that seemed like a backwards way to do business.,8,Increased reviews from customers that we normally would not be able to connect with. Helps our sales team demonstrate our leadership position without leaning on our own commentary. Adds validation to our landing pages as we incorporate feedback from real customers.,We have considered or used G2Crowd, Capterra and a couple of others. Overall, the platforms are pretty similar, but their approaches are different. Ultimately, we selected TrustRadius because we felt their customer-focused values best lined up with ours. Additionally, we really appreciate that TrustRadius takes a hands-on approach to getting you up and running as well as regular check ins to make sure you are leveraging the platform well.,As a demand generation leader, I'm always looking for proof points and customer stories to help attract buyers. TrustRadius reviews allow us to embed this validation directly into our landing pages so that they are front and center for our buyers. It has also helped me to learn more about what our customers want so that I can present the best content and offers to the right people.,TrustRadius reviews are of high quality. The platform encourages customers to leave well thought out answers as well as provides good examples for people who may need some help in filling out the review. I have a target of "X" reviews a year for personal KPIs and the TrustRadius team has helped in obtaining these reviews as well as letting us know more about these customers and working to convert more of these customers into formal references.,I especially love the custom questions because they help highlight our strengths and weaknesses. I think we have received great value from working with TrustRadius and seen an impact in not only the product offering but the services and support their team continuously provides. There is very little wasted effort when it comes to driving reviews, generating content or gleaning insights and feedback back from the reviews. TrustRadius is well known for being the place to go for product reviews in the space.,General challenge is getting more customer reviews.,10,TrustRadius has helped influence deals to close because the users can see the reviews of real Kyriba users. We have seen increased close rates, and increased traffic to the Kyriba website from TrustRadius.,We have not considered any alternatives to TrustRadius. While I think they both have their strengths we were primarily focused on gathering long-form software reviews that detailed customer's experience with us. We had more flexibility in customization of the content and the retargeting pixel was an interesting benefit although I think it will become more useful as traffic to TrustRadius increases.,It has allowed us to identify advocates and collect public customer proof easily and effectively.,Custom questions allow us to focus on getting customer proof for value props that are prominent in our marketing campaigns. The content tends to be long-form with the exception of sections like ROI and Pros/Cons. We'd benefit more from having those asked in a way that the customer provided more context in the quote.So far, so good!Review Management Program,The campaign was seamless. TrustRadius is an important source for new leads for us.,TrustRadius is the number two review site for our industry, behind G2Crowd. At least, that is the perception. However, what we are finding is that we have roughly the same number of reviews on both sites. That being said, we would always like to see TrustRadius drive even more traffic to their site and our product page. TrustRadius' product segmentation can probably be a little better. G2Crowd does an excellent job of identifying markets and submarkets.,8,TrustRadius is helping us with getting more reviews from customers who might otherwise not be willing to help us directly with a case study or video. Having dozens of reviews on TrustRadius also signals to the market that we are a company with significant market presence. TrustRadius has generated a signficant number of leads for us, people who are truly in market.,G2Crowd: this is very good company and by many considered to be the number 1 review site. If you have the budget, it is important to work with both G2Crowd and TrustRadius. Both companies are not necessarily mutually exclusive. Capterra: we ultimately decided against Capterra because their reach is significantly smaller than TrustRadius and G2Crowd.,As marketers we are goaled on leads, Marketing Qualfiied Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, and Sales Qualified Opportunities. TrustRadius provides us with high quality leads which translate into more SQLs and SQOs.,Reviewers typically take much more time than you would expect to write a review. Our 2019 goal was to boost our presence and online brand as it relates to overall client satisfaction. We are also using the review widget to display top reviews on our website, however, we haven't done much to update that widget in the recent past. The portal itself is helpful, however, we haven't used it to the fullest potential, because we don't truly know how. The team that's using it the most is our Marketing team, specifically for brand reputation. This is important because it gives us instant feedback on the success of a review campaign. You only get to see the reviews, or at least know of reviews, once they have been approved by TrustRadius. Wish they offered template resources that can auto-populate our data into for sales enablement. With our small marketing team, it's too hard to set aside time to create the resources for our sales team, that we would deem 'successful'.,7,The biggest impact has been our ability to generate reviews from our client base Our influence has grown a bit as well, since we have increased our rating through review campaigns,We have and continue to use G2. The G2 dashboard is much cleaner and easier to use. The ability to quickly update profile settings, descriptions, etc., make the platform much simpler, and efficient. We selected TrustRadius due to their growing presence in the B2B review space. We felt like TrustRadius would make a great partner to help us achieve our immediate needs. One other thing that G2 does, that I would like to see from TrustRadius is a proactive approach by the CS team as it related to build initiatives. Almost all of the direction/initiatives are driven by our internal team, but with such a small team we rarely have time to brainstorm what's next for TrustRadius. If we were approached with innovative ideas or project plans from the TrustRadius team, it would make a huge impact.,6/10 for the quality of content. Back to my previous comment under Alternatives, we really rely on our partners at TrustRadius to help drive changes, updates, and plans because they are the experts. If we don't have help with these items, our content rarely gets updated. To this point I think we have made 1 iteration to our custom questions.A true extension of our marketing team!We use TrustRadius to solicit reviews of our company's software products. We use the reviews as a key part of our sales strategy, in marketing materials, for product improvement ideas, and customer reference and advocacy programs. More customization of the widgets would be helpful. We have considered or used G2Crowd, Capterra and a couple of others. Overall, the platforms are pretty similar, but their approaches are different. Ultimately, we selected TrustRadius because we felt their customer-focused values best lined up with ours. Additionally, we really appreciate that TrustRadius takes a hands-on approach to getting you up and running as well as regular check ins to make sure you are leveraging the platform well.

We have not only considered but actively use various vendors in the customer review space. I think we have received great value from working with TrustRadius and seen an impact in not only the product offering but the services and support their team continuously provides. There is still lots of things we are working to roll out and additional value adds that we are planning to have back to our organization through what TrustRadius is offering.

I have not worked with another company like TrustRadius. This was a first time experience for me. I had such a good experience with it that I would to bring it to my new company. It truly makes a difference in conversions because people recognize and trust the TrustRadius brand. It's a leader in its field.

We considered a paid G2Crowd account. While I think they both have their strengths we were primarily focused on gathering long-form software reviews that detailed customer's experience with us. We had more flexibility in customization of the content and the retargeting pixel was an interesting benefit although I think it will become more useful as traffic to TrustRadius increases.

With our current agreement, we are listed only as an partner for the Review Management Program. We would ideally like to start this year with TrustQuotes Marketing Platform and TrustProfile. We are currently also on other 3rd party review sites like G2 Crowd, Capterra and GetApp.

G2Crowd: this is very good company and by many considered to be the number 1 review site. If you have the budget, it is important to work with both G2Crowd and TrustRadius. Both companies are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
Capterra: we ultimately decided against Capterra because their reach is significantly smaller than TrustRadius and G2Crowd.

We currently partner with G2 Marketing Services and Capterra in addition to TrustRadius. All of the vendors offer similar ways to achieve awareness goals but vastly differ in ability to track demand generation, lead generation, etc., performances.

TrustRadius offers an integration with another product tool which makes it easier to drive reviews.

We do use various vendors in the customer review space simultaneously. We needed to augment our Voice of Customer program and TrustRadius provided services that were different from other vendors. We really leverage the TrustQuotes, Reference Candidate and intent data capabilities. We felt these were the differentiators.

We have and continue to use G2. The G2 dashboard is much cleaner and easier to use. The ability to quickly update profile settings, descriptions, etc., make the platform much simpler, and efficient.

We selected TrustRadius due to their growing presence in the B2B review space. We felt like TrustRadius would make a great partner to help us achieve our immediate needs.

One other thing that G2 does, that I would like to see from TrustRadius is a proactive approach by the CS team as it related to build initiatives. Almost all of the direction/initiatives are driven by our internal team, but with such a small team we rarely have time to brainstorm what's next for TrustRadius. If we were approached with innovative ideas or project plans from the TrustRadius team, it would make a huge impact.
