Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
TrustRadius is used to collect customer our product/services feedback, NPS scores - to be published openly. Our marketing organization owns the relationship at Prophix - we use the output to help generate business and influence prospective customers.
The goal is really to help prospective customers get real feedback from our customers, to help support their decision to buy our product and services.

- Easy to work with, the platform and the organization.
- Our voice is heard. We've seen changes to your platform based on feedback my team has provided.
- There is some ambiguity in the scoring algorithms. If I have 5 reviews, with an average score of 9.5. It doesn't mean my TR score will be 9.5. This can be misleading to prospective buyers.
- Lead generation. We are generating leads that are translating increased web traffic and ultimately into net new logo wins.
- Increased win rates. We're able to use the customer feedback to help positively influence prospects. In particularly as the feedback is collected by a 3rd party, so it's seem as more credible.
- Increase our awareness in the marketplace in general. People hear about us more as our rating is quite high.
We work with many other peer review sights and analysts. On the peer review site side, we'd consider TrustRadius among the top vendors to partner with.
Hard to quantify the direct impact. There is some increased lead flow. However the largest impact is the positive influence on prospective customers.
