Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius to collect unbiased user reviews and customer feedback. This allows us to gauge customer satisfaction in a way that is approachable for our customers -- giving them the flexibility to share what they want to in an anonymized format, if they are more comfortable doing so. We then use these reviews on our landing pages and website to give prospects visibility into what real-life customers are saying about our business. They don't have to just take our word for it, our customers tell the story.
  • Review widget gives us the ability to embed customer reviews on our website, landing pages and more. This allows us to use our reviews in multiple channels and maximizes our investment in the program.
  • Review capture is easy. TrustRadius makes it simple to gather customer reviews. We provided a list (under NDA) and the outreach was done. They also helped us incentivize customers and share why their review would be so helpful.
  • Customer success is great. Our CSM, Ryan is always giving us proactive tips, connecting us with the right people and helping get everything set up and running well. We really appreciate having someone to go to when we have questions.
  • It would be nice to give reviewers a reason/incentive for leaving a complete or well-rounded review.
  • Data & reporting - would love to use the data in our reporting, but it's pretty bare bones.
  • The sales process can be a little confusing as the pricing seems variable. At one point, I was asked what I would pay for the service and that seemed like a backwards way to do business.
  • Increased reviews from customers that we normally would not be able to connect with.
  • Helps our sales team demonstrate our leadership position without leaning on our own commentary.
  • Adds validation to our landing pages as we incorporate feedback from real customers.
We have considered or used G2Crowd, Capterra and a couple of others. Overall, the platforms are pretty similar, but their approaches are different. Ultimately, we selected TrustRadius because we felt their customer-focused values best lined up with ours. Additionally, we really appreciate that TrustRadius takes a hands-on approach to getting you up and running as well as regular check ins to make sure you are leveraging the platform well.
As a demand generation leader, I'm always looking for proof points and customer stories to help attract buyers. TrustRadius reviews allow us to embed this validation directly into our landing pages so that they are front and center for our buyers. It has also helped me to learn more about what our customers want so that I can present the best content and offers to the right people.
TrustRadius reviews are of high quality. The platform encourages customers to leave well thought out answers as well as provides good examples for people who may need some help in filling out the review. The questions are well positioned and logically lead the buyer to share their personal experience and direct results.
If you are looking for customer affirmation based on third-party reviews, this is a great place to do it. TrustRadius has a competitive offering that allows flexibility that some of the other review vendors do not provide. I also really appreciate that they are innovating and adding new solutions alongside their core product to offer more use cases to vendors. I would love to see more lead generation ideas come from TrustRadius and products that directly relate to how we can meet bottom of funnel buyers when/where they are looking for information.
