TrustRadius allows marketers to do their job better!

Our organization uses TrustRadius as a platform to showcase how much our customers love us! We are demonstrating how our software product is reliable by showing real life examples from our best customers. We do see some leads coming through from TrustRadius, but our primary goals and KPIs are credibility and a platform for user research.

The reviews on TrustRadius are typically longer and more in depth than other review sites. This means that we are hearing more from our customers and our customers can learn more from each other! The reviews feel well vetted and have more detail than other review sites. Also, since we can create custom questions, it's easy to highlight our best features and where we stand apart from our competitors by using TrustRadius.

We have been able to see great benefit from custom questions, mostly for product feedback and awareness of what's working for our product team. We have a few differentiators that we can highlight using custom questions that are also very helpful. The questions allow us some flexibility in what we are doing well.

We use several other review sites as well as TrustRadius, but we do not limit ourselves to just one review site. Since buyers look at several, we feel strongly that we need to be available and have recent reviews on all review sites. We also use sites like G2Crowd and Capterra.
