Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use TrustRadius to source customer reviews and generate leads for the sales team. We also incorporate TrustRadius quotes on the footer of our site and our SDR team also leverages the quotes widget for outbound prospecting. TrustRadius is one of a handful of review sites that we partner with but we find the quality and length of reviews lend a lot of credibility to our platform. Prospects trust the reviews on TrustRadius which helps greatly during the sales cycle.

We have a lot of different products, SKUs, and industries that we go after so the custom questions allow us to segment reviews and tell stories about why Rippling works for all different kinds of businesses.
We also utilize G2, TrustPilot, Software Advice, GetApp, and Capterra to source reviews. TrustRadius offers longer and more in-depth reviews, the ability to tag reviews and segment them for more targeted use cases, and generally more functionality that many other review site platforms do not.
