Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use TrustRadius for Vendors to help our customer advocacy activities by acquiring customer reviews, which increases public awareness of our company. Additionally, the reviews allow us to create assets for sales and marketing purposes, such as social media posts, customer referrals, sales enablement, and website content. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped me to be more effective in my role by providing a great deal of impactful content I can pull from and increasing our Voice of the Customer activities.

TrustRadius reviews go deeper than other review sites that simply ask for a rating, but do not take the important next step of asking WHY. There may be review sites that provide more in-depth or longer reviews, but usually, that requires a phone call, which is a more difficult ask of people being reviewed. TrustRadius is a great sweet spot of information produced and the effort needed to get a review.
I know we use intent data from TrustRadius and it is very popular in our organization, but I am not responsible for this process. From what I understand, intent data has been extremely valuable for our organization and easy to use with integrations and automated reports that get shared with key stakeholders.
Similar to the previous question, I know we use buyer intent data, but I am not responsible for collecting and sharing that information.
Custom Questions help ensure we get feedback on what's important to us, whether it's a specific product or use case. This is especially useful if we are planning campaigns around certain areas as we'll receive content we can then use as part of the campaign. Custom questions are easy to edit and align with current marketing objectives.

To help me out, our TrustRadius contact recorded a step by step implementation video with a text guide that I could share, greatly reducing my workload and increasing the chances that the tool will actually be used by our team without difficulty.
