We list our HCM Technology product on TrustRadius for Vendors to improve brand reach and visibility. Our objective is to strengthen our reputation as a responsible and sustainable company, preferred employer, and Thought leader in HCM. To communicate cutting-edge product features, latest developments, and how we differentiate in the market, to inform prospective buyers. TrustRadius for Vendors also helped us build and activate an advocacy strategy to accelerate customer storytelling.
- I like that the reviews are searchable, so we get to know the quick pulse of the users around certain themes
- Appreciate the recognition (awards & badges) criteria that keeps competition fair
- I love the vendor support provided by their Account Manager and the attention to detail
- I believe reporting module can be a lot better, especially insights within the marketplace to know how other vendors are perceived
- Improved traffic, page views. We received Customer references as well. We are still discovering the use of intent data in an efficient way
Not extensively, but we are in the plans.
Review content is very informative and provides well-rounded feedback that not only helps understand our brand perception, but also to leverage Customer voice in our advocacy strategy.
