Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
As consultant (and owner) I needed to track time for billable time for my clients. This allows me to do this easily and integrates with QuickBooks Online. For now, I am using the free subscription, but plan on having my contractors use it as well.
Pros
- Easily integrates with QuickBooks. There is nothing more annoying then having to double type information.
- Customer support is superior. I had only one issue which incidentally was my fault, but they helped me resolve it quickly! Thanks to their great support person, Jen D.
- It is simple and easy to use. It is so flexible that you can customize it to fit your company. As a company of one owner and a few contractors, I can choose to use what I want!
Cons
- As a newer user and single user, I don't have a whole lot of criticism about it. Perhaps they could allow the free to be used for companies 3 and under. A few times a year I have contractors help me out so it would save me time and money, but I also understand they are a company that is in business to make money. I support that!
I researched many products, but this is the only one I installed. I based my choice initially for 2 main reasons.
