Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We use TSheets to track our company timesheets. We use this for our field service techs and our home office admin staff. We were able to better understand our billing, keep track of our field service techs through GPS timestamps, and allocate the correct billings to customers into our QuickBooks Online software.
- TSheets have the most amazing customer support staff. I have called more than 3 times already, and they have always helped me quickly. Sarah was extremely helpful and brought me directly to what I needed. Integrating softwares is always a bit tiresome, so the support staff at TSheets really helped.
- TSheets has the most amazing mobile application. It makes it really easy to keep time and deliver that information to the head office.
- I love the integrations to QuickBooks. This was a must for me, and it works seamlessly.
- The UI is not my favorite for the web-based application. It has these windows that look like a desktop computer which is nice if you need multiple widgets open at the same time, but it really gets confusing to me.
- I wish that they had an application for OSX Mac, and windows. That would be awesome.
- I have a ton of temp employees that sometimes only a few shifts, and turnover, and I don't bring them onto TSheets because of the cost. Perhaps this could be addressed with another pricing option?
- It's allowed me to be able to calculate what I am spending with my clients and get a better idea of ROI per customer.
I haven't used any other cloud-based time tracking apps. It works better than keeping time with paper and pen.
