Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is used to track our hourly employees' time and all employees' PTO. It easily imports into QuickBooks, making payroll very easy to manage.

As an admin, you can easily setup employees and managers for appropriate approvals.
Employees can clock in/out using mobile devices once enabled by an admin.
The import/export process with QuickBooks is great.

I wish there was an easier way than a spreadsheet upload to correct individuals' PTO balances.

Payroll used to take at least half of my day to process. Now it only takes about an hour from start to finish.

My experience with Paycom was awful. They were incompetent and unhelpful. The product itself was fairly useless. TSheets is significantly better.

TSheets is very easy to use. Fairly intuitive. Easily managed. It is easily the best time tracking program I've used.
