Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We use TSheets to keep track of our service engineers that travel to our various customers' locations. We like the fact that it can keep up with the different jobs so we know what to bill our customers (time and travel).
  • It allows our employees to log in from the app or from their computer.
  • It allows us to keep track of the job that our employees are on for billing purposes.
  • It is easy to use.
  • I would like to see reports that can be customized so that I can print timecards in the format that is easier for me to use for payroll (I use ADP and have to input hours manually).
  • The PTO function needs a little help. I have tried to upload the time and it doubles the available time. Could be user error though!
  • Location could be more accurate.
  • TSheets has saved me time by the time sheets always being available when I need them. We used to keep up with time on a spreadsheet, and the employees would turn them in after the pay period ended. Now I don't have to hunt them down to turn in their time.
  • TSheets is very convenient. Our employees save time by having the app on their company-issued phones. We love that we can log in online as a backup.
Because our service engineers travel 50-75% of the time, TSheets is great for allowing them to clock in wherever they are (instead of having to be at the office, etc.). They can also switch from one job/customer to the next when they visit multiple customers on the same day. This makes it easy to track time and travel for billing purposes.

Elaina M. is outstanding! She is very quick to help out and resolve my issues completely. I appreciate her willingness to research and find the answers for me (and make suggestions for helping me get the most out of the software). She was also quick to reply each time I commented.

I chatted with Elaina M. concerning the location appearing wrong when my employees clocked in. We are in Nashville, TN, and it always lists Charlotte, NC when we log in. She walked me through the steps with the new Beta so that we could fix that. She was very helpful and I appreciated her quick response to my inquiry.
