Dimensions [are] used throughout our organization. It addresses most general timekeeping and attendance tracking processes. We have an electronic Open Enrollment and employee portal.
- Timekeeping
- Date effective pay changes.
- Integration to the various modules
- Integrations need to be more accessible to the administration and more flexible in change adoption.
- Performance Reviews need to be flexible on the cycles. We don't offer PR all on one focal date. We review employees on their anniversary dates.
- Attendance Tracking needs to deliver more real-time notifications and correct itself real-time when exceptions or incidents are fixed.

- It is neutral. We enjoy having somewhat of a seamless system between HR, PR, and timekeeping.
- When a person uses the Reset Password link, the system sends the user an email with a link to set their password. Then when the person logs in with their new password, the system forces the user to change their password a second time. This second password change is unnecessary and creates confusion.
