Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
My department uses UKG Pro for all actions on the HR side. One of the areas we spend more time with issues is on our benefits platform, PlanSource. We have ongoing Service Requests and Cases that are sometimes resolved quickly, sometimes not. The large majority of these are related to PlanSource, so they are outside of Core UKG Pro.
- Ease of use
- Availability of learning tools
- Constant improvement, forward thinking on what the customer will need
- 1095 reporting. Last year we had to run all states instead of being able to run just CA
- BI has become more user friendly, I'd like to use more of the canned reports, but they don't always seem to be accurate
- I've had cases where I've asked someone to call me to resolve because it would only take a few minutes. The cases tend to go back and forth due to miscommunication and take much longer to resolve than they should.
