We use UKG for payroll and HR administration

  • Manage the annual salary increase process
  • Work flow management for various processes (job changes, new hire orientation, off-boarding)
  • log in process is frustrating
  • panels are hard to navigate
  • phone app is terrible
  • low cost solution
  • execellent fit with labor reporting
  • use for performance approaisals and KPI tracking
HR master maintenace
Very easy to use and configure vs. SAP or Workday. Value - cost is much less for functionality you get
