benefit admin has been great tool for benefit to centralize benefit elections, generating invoices for vendors, processing life events, etc
Benefit Admin improved our vendor invoice generation and reduced errors to 0%y since we relay on information in benefit admin to generate invoices for our benefit and life insurance products. Huge improvement from generating invoices from excel spreadsheet and manually having to update the data in the spreadsheet to simply clicking a button in benefit admin to download the data already in the system to generate invoices. Plan Source customized our invoice generating in benefit admin when implementing the new platform and it not only increased accuracy, but also reduced time spent by benefit specialist generating invoices.
